Spring 2026 (First Nine Weeks): January 11th - March 8th Class Offerings

9:00 AM
Abraham, a Friend of God - Ben Jamison

As we study the life of God’s friend, Abraham, we will discover that the God of the Bible not only exists, but He is actively governing His creation. Thousands of years ago, God established a plan to redeem the world from sin. This redemptive plan began with His choice of one man, Abraham. Join me as we walk in this notable nomad’s sandals for nine weeks and learn more about our God who loves us so much

I Surrender All by Priscilla Shirer - Tiffany Feathers
In this course for women, we will work through this excellent book, “I Surrender All” by Priscilla Shirer. The overall theme is a fervent appeal and invitation to surrender everything to Jesus. We will learn how to follow Jesus not just as our savior, but as our priority, our first love, and our Lord. We will move beyond being believers to becoming Jesus’ disciples.

Limited Resources, Limitless God - Ro Swan and Phil Umbarger
According to modern American culture, one of the best things we can be is independent. We’re applauded for our self-reliance. Even Scripture has been misinterpreted to say that God never gives us more than we can handle on our own. But what does the Bible really say?

We were created to rely on God. Our shoulders were never meant to be broad enough to carry the weight of the world. So God comes alongside us, and we rely on Him to help carry our burdens. We fail and fall short on our own, but we have a good and gracious God who always gives us what we need to keep going. All we have to do is seek Him and ask.

This study invites us to walk deeper into a trusting relationship with God as we see that our reliance on Him leads us to things that are better and more complete than anything we could accomplish on our own. Our resources will always be limited when we try to do things on our own. But our God is limitless.

The Old Testament Sacrifices (Leviticus 1-7) - Don McMurry
In this course, we will examine each of the Old Testament sacrifices to gain a deeper understanding of how they relate to the entire scripture. We will learn about God’s holiness, mercy, and justice, and how these concepts are reflected in the sacrifices. We will connect these historical sacrifices to our lives today as we are reconciled to God through Jesus’ sacrifice.

Prayer on Fire - Joe Sarsfield
What first comes to mind when you think of the Holy Spirit? Are you tired of lukewarm prayers? Are you hungry to know Christ better and better? Does your soul echo this desire for the fire of God’s glorious presence to penetrate your life?  All effective prayer is generated by God the Holy Spirit and leads us to a fresh encounter with God. God is even more eager to make Himself known than we are to know Him. He was seeking us before we started seeking Him. The better we get to know the Holy Spirit, the more relevant and effective our prayer lives will become. Was this the fire that came down on Asbury last year? God wants the same thing to happen in your life, your home, and your church.
